As your Owner's Rep, we act as your technical eyes and ears throughout construction. We review contractor submittals, manage RFIs, perform QAQC and thermal inspections, and make sure your project is built to specification.
We also provide third-party / independent engineering review (often called Independent Engineering, or IE) of design packages produced by other firms, validating drawings, calculations, energy models, and structural details before and during construction.
From groundbreak to energization, we protect your investment by catching problems early and holding the work to the standard your project deserves.
